Trading Central attended the iFX EXPO International in Limassol Cyprus, for their B2B financial expo on September 19-21, 2023. The expo served as an excellent opportunity to connect with industry leaders, share ideas and discuss the newest fintech innovations. The Trading Central team could be found at Booth #56 throughout the 2 day conference, establishing meaningful connections with attendees and providing demos our A.I.-driven research analytics & insights.

Industry Panel Session

Our Global Director of Customer Success, Lilian Appenheimer participated in a panel session during the expo, where they discussed the impact of artificial intelligence on client satisfaction, product offering and the growth of the trading industry. Alongside Lilian, other panelists were the CEO of Atomix, the CEO of Acuity and the Director, Head of Product at DevExperts.

Key topics during the session: 

The panel emphasized how A.I. is powerful in transforming large amounts of financial data into actionable insights for investors and traders, enabling them to make confident, data driven decisions. Brokers must be transparent with their A.I.-driven insights and effectively communicate with customers what data they are looking at.

Providing a personalized user experience is an area where the panel agreed artificial intelligence is revolutionizing the trading experience. It optimizes the vast amount of information to enhance the customer interactions through channels like integrated marketing campaigns, chatbots and outreach. Prioritizing personalization enables platforms to be more localized, allowing brokers to segment users effectively, and deepen relationships.
